Bring it on Sports are pleased to offer pre-schools and early childhood centres our specifically designed Fitness, Dance and Wellness Programs.
Pre-schoolers need lots of physical activity and this activity keeps children healthy, improves motor skills and establishes the importance of a healthy lifestyle at a young age. Our programs provide great exercise in a structured format that builds coordination, balance, and confidence in our students. In addition, our instructors are qualified, experienced and have had their Working with Children Checks completed.
Classes are completely mobile which means we come directly to your centre! Along with the added dimension that our programs add to the students development, parents love the convenience of additional activity with no added driving. Classes run for 30-45 minutes, are suitable for children aged 3-5 years and have been designed to be fun and inclusive.
FitKidz
Our FitKidz program promotes fitness through aerobic activity. Each session uses fun equipment to teach different skills. The weekly class is 30 minutes in duration and is a structured class set to age-appropriate music.
FITNESS CLASS ENCOURAGES: Participation in structured physical activity, social and team work skills, fitness, hand eye coordination, throwing & catching skills, listening & concentration, use of the imagination through participation in physical activities, balancing skills , body awareness and flexibility through stretching.
DanceKidz
Our DanceKidz program promotes fun and fitness for children in the form of dance. Dance education for pre-schoolers has many benefits. It not only exercises the whole body, but also the mind. It benefits the muscles and creates a love for dance. The weekly lesson is a 30 minute structured dance class set to current but suitable music.
DANCE ENCOURAGES – Confidence & Co-ordination, Good Deportment, Listening & Focus, Social & Teamwork Skills, Discipline, Gross Motor Skills, Fitness & Body Awareness, Memory Retention, Flexibility through stretching.
YogaKidz
Our YogaKidz program promotes calm, happy, healthy, little minds and bodies. By offering kids yoga classes that teach children how to breathe more deeply and to be more mindful as they explore their bodies, you will be providing your students with invaluable gifts that will support them throughout life, not just in these early years.
